Please honor your appointment, a credit card is required on file for all clients. In the case of a no-show or cancellation within less than 24 hours, a fee of 40% will be charged to the card on file. To avoid this fee (if you must cancel or reschedule), please do so at least 24-hours before your appointment time. Text and email reminders are sent out days before your appointment. In the case of emergencies or weather conflicts please notify me as soon as possible & the fee can be waived. Thank you for understanding.
